Fees + Insurance

Therapists at The Art Room are considered "Out of Network" (OON) providers.

We are considered out-of-network and payment is due in full at each appointment. You are encouraged to seek out-of-network benefits or use your HSA or FSA if applicable. If you are hoping to use your out-of-network benefits, please be aware that insurance plans vary and coverage is not guaranteed.

If you have out-of-network insurance, your insurance plan may be able to cover a portion of the session costs. Please let me know before we start sessions if you would like to use your out-of-network insurance.

As a complimentary service for my clients, I utilize a billing system called Thrizer to help my clients save money while using their out-of-network insurance. Before the first session, Thrizer will provide you with a breakdown of your out-of-network benefits. After each session, Thrizer submits a claim on your behalf and deposits any insurance reimbursements directly into your account. For more information, visit their website: https://www.thrizer.com/
