HELPING PROFESSIONALS GROUP SERIES — POLICIES + LOGISTICS Registration + Attendance This series is free, and space is limited. Please register only if you plan to attend and cancel as soon as possible if your plans change. Cancellations + Changes Please provide 48 hours’ notice when possible. The Art Room may cancel or reschedule due to weather, illness, low enrollment, or other circumstances. Forms + Accessibility Required consent, emergency contact, and photo preference forms must be completed before participation. The studio is up one flight of stairs. Contact us with accessibility concerns. Participation + Safety Participation is voluntary. You may decline any activity, discussion, or sharing opportunity. Please use materials safely and treat others, facilitators, and the space respectfully. The Art Room may end participation if behavior becomes unsafe or significantly disruptive. Purpose, Risks + Benefits This is a free educational and experiential group, not psychotherapy, crisis care, or a substitute for mental health treatment. Participation does not create a therapist-client relationship. Possible benefits include reflection, connection, creative expression, and support for professional well-being. Activities may also bring up difficult emotions, memories, or discomfort. Participants are encouraged to honor their own boundaries and seek additional support if needed. Confidentiality Please protect the privacy of other participants and do not share their personal information, disclosures, or artwork without permission.
