IN THE STUDIO | Children (3 - 10 years old) Group Goals: Strengthen parent-child attunement, encourage sensory exploration, build emotional vocabulary, practice mindfulness through art, and celebrate spring growth and nurturing relationships. Led by Madison Harlow, LCPAT, ATR-BC®

PARENT + ME ART CLUB POLICIES Registration + Payment A spot is reserved only after registration and payment are complete. One-time payments apply to the selected session. Packages provide credits but do not automatically reserve dates; each session must be booked separately. Credits are nontransferable, nonrefundable, and must be used before expiration. Cancellations Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed sessions, late cancellations, and no-shows are not eligible for refunds, makeup sessions, rescheduling, or restored credits. If The Art Room cancels a session due to weather, illness, low enrollment, or another unexpected circumstance, families will receive a refund, credit, replacement booking, or restored package credit. Adult Supervision Parent + Me is for one child and one participating adult. The adult must remain onsite and supervise the child throughout the session. Caregivers are responsible for bathroom, feeding, diapering, and personal care needs. This is not a drop-off program or childcare service. Additional adults or siblings require prior approval and may need separate registration. Location + Accessibility The studio is located up one flight of stairs. Contact us before registering with accessibility concerns. Parking is available beside the stone building and in the circular gravel lot across from the yellow and green building. Health + Safety Please do not attend if you or your child has symptoms of a contagious illness. Notify staff of allergies, sensory needs, or safety concerns before the session. Adults are responsible for monitoring their child’s use of materials and preventing unsafe mouthing, throwing, climbing, or leaving the activity area. Families may be asked to leave if participation becomes unsafe or significantly disruptive. Early departure is not refundable. Art materials may stain. Please wear appropriate clothing. The Art Room is not responsible for damaged clothing or personal belongings. Parent + Me is an educational and recreational Art Club, not therapy or childcare.
