Therapy for what lives
beneath the surface
Maybe you were late-diagnosed and are rethinking your whole life through a new lens.
Maybe your child’s diagnosis brought relief, grief, guilt, and questions you did not expect.
Maybe you are the person everyone depends on, and no one sees how much you are carrying.
Maybe your tween or teen has big emotions, shuts down, explodes, or cannot explain what is happening inside.
Maybe you look high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or masked underneath.
You do not need to be “in crisis” to deserve support. You do not need the perfect words. You do not need to be good at art. You just need a place where your inner experience makes sense.

Find the therapist who fits what you are carrying
We are a neuro-affirming, trauma-effective art therapy practice. That means we do not pathologize difference, rush people past grief, or expect healing to look the same for everyone. We offer therapy that is relational, creative, and grounded in the realities of trauma, identity, loss, and lived experience.
Therapy here is not about pushing harder or performing “wellness.” It is about understanding your patterns, softening shame, grieving what needs to be grieved, building safer relationships with yourself and others, and finding ways to communicate, regulate, and live that actually fit who you are. Sessions may include talking, artmaking, reflection, body-based awareness, and trauma-focused approaches that help you understand what your system has been carrying and what healing might actually look like for you.
Specializing in supporting adolescents + adults to remove the mask and redefine themselves.

You might look like you’re functioning well.
But inside, something feels stuck.

There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you
